Suzanne Gray

With a background in marketing, strategy and business development within both the automotive and IT industry, Suzanne Gray has headed a specialist function within BMW Group UK responsible for successfully introducing progressive mobility concepts and new business models. This involved launching the BMW I brand and vehicle concepts (revolutionary architecture, materials and drivetrains), mobility services, e-mobility support products and services, and alternative sales
and service business models. She is now responsible for future customer strategy for the Group in the UK, planning and architecting the customer journey and experience for its brands in an omni-channel, digital world.
