Lesley Brookman

Lesley joined the BMW Group in 1997 from Lease Plan UK Ltd. She started as Customer Service Supervisor in Alphabet and held a variety of customer facing roles over a 12 year period, including General Manager, Operations and General Manager, Customer Service. A period managing the BMW Financial Services Customer Service team followed which also included responsibility for the BMW UK customer interaction centre. In 2012 Lesley took up the role of Change Manager for BMW Financial Services and spent 2 years working alongside the CEO to deliver a series of cultural change project resulting in a significant increase in employee engagement scores. In 2013 Lesley had the opportunity to join the HR team which allowed her to use all her business experience in a completely different way.
