Kevin Davidson

Kevin has been Retailer Development Director at BMW Group UK since 2013. In this role Kevin has pioneered many programmes in partnership with BMW AG including Retail Review Board, Genius Programme, Voice of the Customer and Retail Online. Being the first market to launch these programmes allows BMW Group UK to innovate with the support of Munich whilst shaping them for market suitability. Kevin joined BMW Group in November 1991 and has experience at senior management level in many functions from BMW Financial Services to Sales to Aftersales. Kevin was Aftersales Director at BMW Group Canada between 2005-2007 and during this time took the market to Position 1 in JD Power Survey whilst also outsourcing the Parts Distribution Centre and creating a combined Customer Interaction Centre with BMW Financial Services. Kevin has a degree in Economic Policy and an MBA from University of Surrey.
