Mike Dennett

Mike Dennett has been CEO of BMW Group Financial Services in the UK since April 2015. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and spending 9 years with PwC, Mike joined the BMW Group in 1999 as Head of Accounting for BMW Financial Services (GB) Ltd, followed by a period working in Munich for the BMW Bank GmbH as Head of Accounting, Reporting and Controlling, returning to the UK in 2004 as Head of Finance for BMW (UK) Ltd. Mikes career continued with additional posts overseas, initially as Chief Financial Officer at BMW Financial Services South Africa followed by CEO of BMW Financial Services Belgium and finally, CEO BMW Financial Services Region Northern Europe (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the Baltic markets).

Bryan Garwood

Head of Compliance

BMW Group Financial Services UK

Bryan is responsible for compliance matters for BMW Group Financial Services. Bryan assumed this responsibility in October 2013 with a remit to lead the BMW approach to the new regulatory regime outlined by the FCA and to comprehensively review and update the approach to compliance matters generally. After a short stint in 2012/13 working on a feasibility study at Group Headquarters in Munich relating to establishment of an on-shore insurance carrier, Bryan returned to the UK to develop a Rolls-Royce Financial Services proposition which was launched in 2013. In October 2013 Bryan moved to take responsibility for Compliance at BMW Group Financial Services – seeking to manage the change process to the FCA regime for regulation of consumer credit and to establish the future structure for future Compliance activity.

Michael Kreeft

Chief Financial Officer

BMW UK

Michael Kreeft joined BMW UK as Chief Financial Officer in November 2016 and was previously Chief Executive Officer of BMW Financial Services in France. Michael is Dutch and he has significant international experience having worked for BMW Group in the Netherlands, Germany, France and also in the UK as General Manager for Accounting at the Oxford MINI plant.

Lesley Brookman

General Manager, Human Resources

Lesley joined the BMW Group in 1997 from Lease Plan UK Ltd. She started as Customer Service Supervisor in Alphabet and held a variety of customer facing roles over a 12 year period, including General Manager, Operations and General Manager, Customer Service. A period managing the BMW Financial Services Customer Service team followed which also included responsibility for the BMW UK customer interaction centre. In 2012 Lesley took up the role of Change Manager for BMW Financial Services and spent 2 years working alongside the CEO to deliver a series of cultural change project resulting in a significant increase in employee engagement scores. In 2013 Lesley had the opportunity to join the HR team which allowed her to use all her business experience in a completely different way.

Kevin Davidson

Retailer Development Director

BMW UK

Kevin has been Retailer Development Director at BMW Group UK since 2013. In this role Kevin has pioneered many programmes in partnership with BMW AG including Retail Review Board, Genius Programme, Voice of the Customer and Retail Online. Being the first market to launch these programmes allows BMW Group UK to innovate with the support of Munich whilst shaping them for market suitability. Kevin joined BMW Group in November 1991 and has experience at senior management level in many functions from BMW Financial Services to Sales to Aftersales. Kevin was Aftersales Director at BMW Group Canada between 2005-2007 and during this time took the market to Position 1 in JD Power Survey whilst also outsourcing the Parts Distribution Centre and creating a combined Customer Interaction Centre with BMW Financial Services. Kevin has a degree in Economic Policy and an MBA from University of Surrey.

Simon Carr

Chief Commercial Officer

Alphabet UK

Simon is Chief Commercial Officer for Alphabet (GB) Limited, the business mobility and fleet leasing division of the BMW Group. As Chief Commercial Officer, Simon is responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of Alphabet’s commercial activities in the UK, from product development and marketing to sales and account management. Simon joined Alphabet in June 2017 and has been involved in the Fleet and Mobility industry for 20 years, specialising in Corporate and SME sectors, as well as Marketing and CRM development.

Suzanne Gray

General Manager, Group Customer Strategy

With a background in marketing, strategy and business development within both the automotive and IT industry, Suzanne Gray has headed a specialist function within BMW Group UK responsible for successfully introducing progressive mobility concepts and new business models. This involved launching the BMW I brand and vehicle concepts (revolutionary architecture, materials and drivetrains), mobility services, e-mobility support products and services, and alternative sales

and service business models. She is now responsible for future customer strategy for the Group in the UK, planning and architecting the customer journey and experience for its brands in an omni-channel, digital world.
